We assist international students and groups in organizing research, data collection, volunteering, and other activities within Tanzania, including cultural orientation, permit processing, data collection support, volunteer placements, accommodation arrangements, and optional safari experiences.
Our role is to facilitate and coordinate these services with local organizations, individuals, and service providers on your behalf, but we do not assume liability for the actions of third-party providers.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the express consent of a parent or guardian.
Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the application process and throughout the duration of the services.
3. Payments and Fees
All payments for services must be made in full before the initiation of any services, unless specified otherwise.
Payments can be made through approved methods listed on the website. Fees are subject to change based on the nature and scope of services provided.
We are not responsible for any fees charged by third-party providers, including bank fees, transaction fees, or foreign exchange fees.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled start date are subject to a partial refund of service fees, minus an administrative fee.
Cancellations made within less than 30 days are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion.
If we are unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work to find an alternative solution or issue a refund.
5. Responsibilities and Conduct
Users are expected to respect Tanzanian laws, customs, and cultural practices during their stay.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate conduct, both with local contacts and service providers. Any misconduct may result in termination of services without refund.
You are responsible for arranging personal travel insurance, medical insurance, and any necessary immunizations or precautions for travel.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with trusted third-party providers to deliver some services, such as accommodation, safari excursions, and volunteer placements. While we carefully select partners, we do not control and are not responsible for their actions or any risks that may arise from third-party interactions.
Any disputes or issues arising with third-party providers should be addressed directly with them. However, we are available to offer support where feasible.
7. Liability Disclaimer
We strive to ensure accuracy and reliability in all services provided but cannot guarantee the success or outcome of research, data collection, or volunteer activities.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of data, or financial loss, that may occur during the provision of services.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or any actions by third-party providers.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data collected through our website and services is used only to provide requested services, communicate with you, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
